Besides this plaque there's another Norwich-Beatles connection. Pablo Fanque who was born in Norwich in 1796 was the first Black Circus owner, an expert equestrian and a tightrope-walker. He is alluded to by John Lennon in 'Being for the benefit of Mr. Kite', a song on the mega-seminal pop album 'Sergeant Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band' of 1967.
